예약변경 및 환불안내올바른 예약문화의 정착을 위하여 불가피한 조치이오니 양해 부탁드립니다.
- - 객실과 날짜는 예약 전 신중히 생각하시고 결정 해주시기 바랍니다.
- - 객실 예약 취소는 체크인 전날 18:00시까지 전액환불 가능합니다.
- - 체크인 당일 예약 변경 및 취소는 불가합니다.
- - 체크인 날짜 변경을 원하는 고객께서는 체크인 전날 18:00시 이전까지 전화 문의하여 주시기 바랍니다. ( 031-423-2111 )
- 예약 후 24시간이내 입금 확인되지 않으면 자동취소 됩니다.
- 입금은 반드시 예약자명으로 하셔야 확인 가능합니다.
- 기준인원 초과 시 1인당 10,000원이 추가됩니다.
